Led a project team in the development of a design plan for a comprehensive roof replacement and parapet reconstruction project for the NYCHA Brownsville Houses, which consists of (27) buildings. Also coordinated with environmental sub-consultants to address ACM (asbestos-containing materials) abatement requirements, and developed new construction details to ensure compliance with relevant building codes.
